Assistant Professor Takuro Nakayama of the Center for Computational Science at the University of Tsukuba has received the University of Tsukuba Best Young Scientist Award.
The award was given in recognition of Assistant Professor Nakayama’s achievement in winning the “Commendation for Science and Technology by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology”, from the MEXT for the fiscal year 2022.

The award ceremony was held on June 7, and President Nagata presented him with a plaque.
