Registration
Participants who would like to attend the workshop
should fill
the registration and accommodation form
and send via e-mail to
kuramasi@het.ph.tsukuba.ac.jp.
Since the workshop period is peak season for fall color,
it would be difficult to find a hotel room by yourself.
Therefore, we have reserved blocks of rooms at
Superhotel JR Nara Ekimae for the participants.
This hotel is comfortable and also convenient, but not luxury.
Here is a brief description:
*The hotel offers single en-suite rooms only.
*The fee is 4,980 JPY per night including breakfast (coffee and bread).
*Payment is cash only. Credit card is not
accepted.
*Full payment is required upon check-in.
*The hotel is located in front of the JR Nara station.
*Each room has a TV and a refrigerator
*Free Internet connection is offered in each guest room.
Bring your own computer.
*Telephone is available in the hotel lobby, but not in the guest rooms.
*The hotel has been built a few years ago (thus fairly new).
*The workshop site is in 20 minutes on foot.

check-in and check-out dates in the above registration and accommodation
form and send us via e-mail.
Deadline is 30 September 2005.
The registration fee has NOT been determined yet as of July 8,
but it will be below 10,000 JPY.
It covers coffee breaks and proceedings.
Limited amount of financial support is available for graduate students
who obtain absolutely no support elsewhere,
It will cover the conference fee and a part of travel expenses.
One can apply for this
support in the registration and accommodation form.
In case that there are too many requests,
selection will be made by the local organizers.
